Crafting the next garment

From a clear idea to a garment your team can approve.

MAIDYN is a China-based manufacturing partner for brands developing men's outerwear. Our team connects material choices, construction, sampling, and finishing so every decision has a practical next step.

From the first reference to the final inspection, we keep the route visible and the product details under control.

What we help make clearer

Clearer development before avoidable rework

Every project starts with unknowns. We turn the decisions that shape cost, sampling, branding, and delivery into a workable route.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS // 01

A quantity that fits the product plan

Minimum quantity depends on the material, construction, and finishing. We review the product first, then explain what quantity is practical for the route you want to take.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS // 02

Start with the information you have

A tech pack is helpful, but it is not required to begin. Reference photos, a sketch, or a garment you like can become a clearer development brief with the right questions.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS // 03

A sample that stays close to the reference

Yarn, gauge, rib tension, construction, and artwork need to be separated into decisions before a sample is cut, so review can focus on refinement rather than restarting.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS // 04

Branding made for the garment

A logo for print does not always translate to knit or embroidery. We review the application, colour count, stitch scale, and placement against the actual material first.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS // 05

Checkpoints you can follow after confirmation

Material, fit, artwork, trims, finishing, packing, QC, and export handoff all need visible checkpoints, so questions can be handled before they become delays.

A different starting point?

Share it in the brief and we will advise the most useful development route.

Why choose MAIDYN

A focused structure for clearer custom development

The choice is not only about price. It is about reducing uncertainty before a sample, a trim order, or a launch timeline.

Focused development, not a flat catalogue

MAIDYN develops custom outerwear with focused support for wash, hardware, topstitching, and finishing decisions.

Construction shown, not described

Our product images let you explore the silhouettes, construction, and finishing details we can develop for your outerwear project.

Development language a buyer can use

Pages explain what to send, what gets reviewed, and how a rough idea becomes a sample brief - instead of generic factory promises about quality and service.

Brand details made for your project

Labels, patches, embroidery, hardware, and packaging can be developed around your own design direction and approved with the sample.

Development standards

Standards customers can understand before contact

These approval points help customers understand what MAIDYN checks before a sample direction moves forward.

Standard

Brief review

References, sketches, product goals, and launch timing are checked before sampling starts.

Standard

Material confirmation

Yarn blend, gauge, shell fabric, denim wash, trims, labels, and artwork method are aligned to the intended product.

Standard

Sample comments

Fit, shade, hand feel, construction, and visible branding are reviewed as structured notes.

Standard

QC handoff

Measurements, label placement, knit or wash finish, packing, and delivery notes are prepared for approval.

Our Engagement Model

Six steps from brief to sample-ready direction

The path is designed for teams that need clarity before spending time on sampling.

01

Share the brief

Send product direction, reference images, target customer, size range, and launch timing.

02

Confirm construction

We align on yarn, gauge, shell fabric, denim weight, fit, trims, and artwork feasibility.

03

Build the sample

A development sample is made with notes for fit, colour, hand feel, and visible branding.

04

Review and refine

You review the sample, then we refine measurements, labels, colour, finishing, and construction details.

05

Lock the spec

Approved details become a production-ready spec with material, trim, and QC checkpoints.

06

Prepare delivery

Final packing, care notes, and production communication are organised around the agreed schedule.

What does MAIDYN make?expand_more
We develop and make custom outerwear, including jackets, coats, bombers, puffers, and lightweight layers. Your ideas guide the fit, materials, colours, finishing, and branding details.
Can MAIDYN start from only reference images?expand_more
Yes. Reference images, target fit, and brand direction are enough to begin a development brief. Producing the tech pack is part of development, not a prerequisite.
What is your minimum order quantity?expand_more
Around 150 pcs per style and colourway. MOQ is flexible. For higher-cost garments, we can review a lower quantity based on the fabric, construction, and finished-garment requirements.
How long does sampling take?expand_more
Confirmed with the sample quote. The window runs from artwork and trim sign-off rather than from first contact.
What should we send for a quote?expand_more
Product type, quantity target if you have one, reference images, material goals, artwork, size range, and your target date.
